How we collect personal information

Cookies, marketing & advertising

Event photography, videography & venue surveillance
Our events and venues may be monitored or recorded for safety, security, and promotional purposes. This includes photography, videography, and CCTV. By attending, you acknowledge your image/voice may be recorded. We may use media for promotional, archival, security, and commercial purposes. Contact us with concerns about identifiable promotional use.
Disclosure, overseas & data handling
Disclosure: We may share with payment processors, ticketing/cloud providers, marketing partners, venues, security, professional advisers, and government agencies where required. Service providers must handle data appropriately.
Overseas disclosure: Some providers store/process data outside Australia (likely USA, Ireland, Singapore, India). We take steps to ensure consistent handling.
Payment information: Processed by third parties (Stripe, Razorpay etc). We generally don’t store full card details.
How we hold & protect: Electronic systems, cloud, CRM, CCTV. SSL encryption, access controls, monitoring, regular deletion. No system is 100% secure.
Data retention: Retained as long as necessary for purposes described, then destroyed or de-identified unless required by law.
Access & correction: Request via info@tixrocket.com. We may verify identity. Refusals will include reasons.
Privacy complaints: Send details to info@tixrocket.com. We acknowledge, investigate, respond within 30 days. If unsatisfied, contact OAIC.
Children, minors & changes
Children and minors: Services not primarily directed to children. Where a minor’s info is provided, we expect parent/guardian/authorised person has authority.
