Buying Tickets
Browse events on our home page or use the Melbourne/Sydney Events pages. Select the tickets you want, click Book Now, fill in your details and complete payment. Your tickets will be emailed to you instantly.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, our secure payment processor. We do not store your card details.
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, log in to your TixRocket account and go to My Tickets — your tickets will be there. You can also tap "Resend" on any ticket to get a fresh email.
Yes. Enter the buyer's name and contact details at checkout. The tickets will be emailed to the address you provide. Make sure the name matches the person attending.
Yes, a small service fee is added at checkout to cover payment processing and platform costs. The fee is shown clearly before you complete your purchase — no surprises.
Yes! If you have a promo code, enter it in the promo code box on the ticket selection page before clicking Book Now. Discounts range from a percentage off to 100% free tickets.
Your Tickets
Your tickets are emailed to you after purchase and are also available in your My Tickets account page. Each ticket has a unique QR code to present at the door.
Show the QR code on your phone screen at the entrance. The event staff will scan it to check you in. Make sure your screen brightness is turned up. You can also screenshot your ticket in advance in case of poor signal.
Ticket transfers are at the discretion of the event organiser. Please contact the organiser directly via the contact details on the event page.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund policies are set by each event organiser. Please check the Terms & Conditions on the event page before purchasing. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be processed automatically. Service fees are generally non-refundable.
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, we will contact all ticket holders and process refunds to the original payment method. This may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
For Event Organisers
Register as an organiser at tixrocket.com/register. Once approved, you can create events, set ticket types, manage sales and issue promo codes from your dashboard.
TixRocket charges a platform fee per ticket sold. Fees are agreed upon during onboarding and are transparently visible in your organiser dashboard. Contact us at info@tixrocket.com for pricing details.
Payments are processed via Stripe and settled to your nominated bank account. Payout schedules are discussed during onboarding. Contact us for more details.
