For Ticket Buyers

How do I purchase tickets?
Simply browse events on our website, select your event, choose your tickets, and proceed to checkout. No Need to create an account or log in. After payment, your tickets will be sent to your email and/or appear in your Email from info@tixrocket.com. Check Spam/Junk just in case.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard),Applepay, and select local payment methods depending on your region. All payments are securely processed through payment partners.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are generally only available if an event is cancelled or rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date. Please see our Purchase & Refund Policy for full details. For change of mind, we do not offer refunds.
What happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?
If an event is cancelled, you will be refunded the face value of the ticket (fees may be non‑refundable). If rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date; if you cannot attend, you may request a refund within the deadline set by the organiser. We’ll notify you via email. It is subjected to Refund Policy.
How do I receive my tickets?
Tickets are delivered electronically – you can access them via your TixRocket account or the email confirmation. Some events offer mobile tickets that can be added to your wallet. Printed tickets are not required.
I didn’t receive my tickets – what should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find them, log in to your account and visit “My Tickets”. If the tickets are not there, contact us at info@tixrocket.com or Whatsapp +61422224433 with your order number and we’ll resend them.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
NO, Tickets Transfer is not allowed unless approved by organisers of the event.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and partner with trusted payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

For Event Organizers

How do I list my event on TixRocket?
It’s easy! Click the “List with Us” button on our website, fill out the event form (name, date, venue, ticket types, pricing), and submit. Our team will review and publish it within 24 hours. You can also contact us for a personalised walkthrough.
What are the fees for organizers?
We offer competitive, transparent pricing. Typically, there is a small per‑ticket service fee plus a handling fee per transaction. Volume discounts are available for frequent organisers. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.
How do I receive payouts?
Payouts are processed via bank transfer (or PayPal, if preferred) within 5–7 business days after the event ends. You can track your sales and payout status in your organizer dashboard.
Can I sell tickets for free events?
Yes, absolutely. Free events can be listed at no cost – we only charge fees on paid tickets. It’s a great way to manage RSVPs and attendance.
What tools do you provide for promotion?
Organizers get access to a dashboard with sales analytics, attendee data, and promotional widgets (like embeddable ticket buttons). We also feature events on our marketplace and in newsletters.
Can I manage attendee data?
Yes, you can export attendee lists (with their consent) for check‑in, marketing, or planning. All data handling must comply with our Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?
You can request a cancellation or date change from your dashboard. We’ll guide you through notifying ticket holders and processing any refunds according to your policy. Note that our fees are generally non‑refundable.
Is there a limit on ticket types or pricing?
No – you can create multiple ticket types (early bird, general admission, VIP, etc.) with any pricing you choose. We support dynamic pricing, discounts, and promo codes.
